Pricing and Billing
A consultant's fee of no more than 5% of the cost of the price of travel and lodging (minus taxes and fees) will be added to the final itinerary. Rob Millan Travel Consultants never charges clients for any taxes or fees associated with reservations. All prices include consultation and research done to piece a travel package together, as any travel agency would charge. Airlines, hotels,and tour companies are able to accept the following payment options:

- Certified checks
- Money orders
- Corporate account invoices (for established clients)
Example of expenses:
-Airfare, round-trip: $310 (incl. fees, taxes)
-Hotel: $250 (incl. fees, taxes)
SUB-TOTAL: $560
-Consult fee: 5% = $26.25 (air + hotel - taxes)
GRAND TOTAL = $586.25 (incl. mandated fees, taxes)
A typical consultant's fee ranges from 10%-30%. By keeping the rate at just 5%, we are able to retain and attract our dedicated clientele
Refunds:
Although we are sure you will enjoy the services we provide, we understand that nothing is perfect and that the customer is always right. If you are interested in a refund, you must email Rob Millan Travel Consultants at rob@robmillan.com with a brief explanation of your reason for wanting a refund. Please understand that only the Consultant’s Fee can be refunded, as it will appear as a separate charge on your statement. Any refund on specific travel must be sought through the airline, cruise line, hotel, or any other entity included as a part of my travel plans, and is not guaranteed to be refunded to you. This is far beyond the control of Rob Millan Travel Consultants, as the airlines, cruise lines, and hotels all offer their own individual refund policies. These entities may also impose a fee for cancellation, as set forth in their individual agreements.
